These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WorldTech Finder (the “Service”).
Access to certain features may require verification, consent, or compliance with usage limits. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke access to protect the Service, users, or legal obligations.
The Service uses strictly necessary cookies and technical identifiers to operate, secure, and personalize the platform.
When you visit the Service, a temporary or persistent guest session may be created and stored in your browser. This session may include:
These mechanisms are required for core functionality, such as protecting the
Service, enabling continuity between visits, and improving user experience.
If you ever wish to remove or reset your guest session, you can clear the
guest cookie from your browser. On desktop, this is typically done by going
into your browser’s settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data,
finding the cookie named guest_session, and deleting it. On
mobile devices (iOS Safari, Chrome on Android, etc.), you can clear cookies
through the browser’s settings or by clearing browsing data, which will also
remove the guest session. Removing the cookie will cause the Service to
create a new guest session on your next visit.
We do not use these identifiers for advertising, cross-site tracking, or selling personal data.
If optional cookies, analytics, or additional data collection are introduced in the future, we will update our Privacy Policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice or choices.
The Service currently supports guest access without requiring account registration. Guest access may include a temporary or persistent session, but does not constitute a user account.
If user accounts, patron profiles, or partner accounts are introduced in the future, additional terms will apply at signup.
The Service is provided “as is.” Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the restaurant.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws of the United States and your jurisdiction. Unlawful activity may be referred to appropriate authorities where required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
